Press capability range from 25 to 60 ton for strip stock and additional capability with Fourslides for wire or strip and in-process assembly.

ngineering begins with the CAD lay-out of customer part designs for material requirements, key quality control characteristics and tool build estimates. TEDCO’s advance quality planning team includes a representative from each discipline to ensure capabilities are fully understood at time of quote.

esign continues upon contract award and from concept to completion we work closely with our customers. The TEDCO AQP Team continues the review and input as tooling takes shape through CAD to EDM to the Toolmakers expert skills for grinding, assembly and troubleshooting. Quality assurance is built into the tools and continues through our preventive maintenance service for the life of the program.
